Moldavian cognac is characterised by its full sophisticated taste with the light floral and vanilla flavours. It is made in accordance with the classical technology of alcohols blending. These alcohols are aged in oak barrels at least 5 years at a special temperature and humidity. This process gives the cognac alcohol a rich flavour.
